If you have checked that the concrete is older than 3 years and is in good condition then you should be in the clear to pressure wash the surface. The final thing to keep in mind is the PSI of the pressure washer being used in the cleaning process. The PSI required for the job will vary depending on the equipment being used. At JDM SoftWash, we use a tool called a surface cleaner with can take more PSI than the traditional wand and nozzle.
